The Special Court in Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi, hands down a 10-year prison sentence to the founder Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and Ex Vice President Shah Mehmood Qurashi. Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain made the decision under the Official Secrets Act. During the court session, both Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi were present. They were given a questionnaire to provide statements, but concerns arose about the absence of their legal representatives. They questioned how they could proceed without their lawyers.
